Abdurrahman serves as the founder and chairman of SOLMIT, contributing to numerous companies in Indonesia and globally by facilitating business transformation through the adoption of technology solutions and strategic consulting. Besides leading SOLMIT, Abdurrahman also holds the position of chairman at STMIK Bandung, an educational institution specializing in information technology. Additionally, he is the founder and chairman of the Digital Transformation Global Alliance, aiming to enrich the DT ecosystem both locally and internationally. 

Abdurrahman earned his PhD in electrical engineering and informatics from ITB in 2009, with a specialization in data mining and artificial intelligence. Additionally, in 2024, he finished a doctoral program in science management at the School of Business and Management ITB, concentrating on enhancing corporate capabilities for digital transformation. With proficiency in these domains, Abdurrahman guides SOLMIT in assisting numerous companies with their business transformation endeavors in the digital economy era. Abdurrahman holds various international certificates in digital transformation, emerging technology, Governance-Risk Management-Compliance (GRC), IT, and portfolio/program/project management. 

Abdurrahman has provided advisory services to numerous companies across various sectors since 2000, including banking, insurance, telecommunications, mining, government, and public services, focusing on digital transformation, information technology, GRC, and portfolio management.

Throughout his academic and research endeavors, he has explored diverse areas such as artificial intelligence, data mining, digital transformation, open innovation, and technology adoption, with many scholarly papers published in both national Indonesian journals and reputable international publications.
